Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be in their original condition with all tags attached where applicable.
  • Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, earrings, or other personal-use products may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items generally cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items (unless defective or required by law).
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items returned outside the eligible return period.

How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact our customer support team.

Include:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for your return.
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our team will provide return instructions and, where applicable, the return address.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include clear photographs of:

  • The product.
  • The packaging.
  • The shipping label.

We will review your claim and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or product, please contact our support team.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternative product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or shipment.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the order will instead fall under this Return & Refund Policy.
