Cancelling an Order

Orders may be cancelled before they have entered processing or shipment.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.

If your order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

In this case, you may request a return after receiving your order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, any payment received will be refunded to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
